Handmade jewelry
What is premium stainless steel?
Premium stainless steel is stainless steel coated with PVD plating. Stainless steel is a sustainable 100% recyclable material. Moreover, it is completely nickel-free and therefore hypoallergenic.
PVD is a plating applied through a process called Physical Vapor Deposition. It is a process that provides stronger adhesion and a thicker coating. This makes it waterproof, tarnish-resistant and much more durable than traditional gold-plated jewelry.
So 100% waterproof, but also allergy free .
Can jewelry also be custom made?
That's certainly possible! The jewelry is handmade in the Netherlands and can be made to desired length. Do you want the jewelry slightly larger or smaller than indicated? Add a note to your order with the desired size.

How do I order?
Ordering on Blossomsieraden.nl is very easy! Place the items you would like in your shopping cart by clicking on the 'order' button. A pop-up screen will appear confirming that the item has been added to your shopping cart. Not ready yet? No problem! Continue shopping!
Once you have finished shopping and have placed all your favorite items in your shopping cart, click on 'Shopping Cart' at the top right of your screen. There you will get an overview of the items in your shopping cart and you can adjust the quantities if necessary. If you choose 'Order these items' you will arrive at the Checkout page. You're almost done now! All you have to do is complete your order. You can easily fill in all your details at the Checkout. This is done in just 4 steps:
1. Billing address
- Enter the address details of the address where you want to receive the invoice.
- Would you like to have the package delivered to a different address? Then uncheck the box 'Ship to the same address', after which you can enter the details of the shipping address.
- We advise you to click the box 'Create an account for your next visit', so that you do not have to fill in all your details again on your next visit. So super handy!
2. Shipping
Choose the desired shipping method here. We aim to ship all orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM on workdays within 2 working days. And for orders over €50, shipping of your package is completely free!
3. Payment
- Select the desired payment method here. You can pay the way you want, safely and securely with iDEAL, via bank transfer, with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), our Gift Voucher (Code).
- Select your bank at iDEAL.
4. Check your order
- In the last step you can check your order and possibly apply a discount code or gift voucher code.
If you have not yet registered for our newsletter, you can click the box here. This way you always stay informed about fun promotions, new items and, for example, sales.
- To complete the order you must agree to our General Terms and Conditions. Finally, click on the 'Place your order' button and your order will be processed!
Please note: Your order will be processed and processed immediately. Changes are therefore not possible in many cases. If you would like to change something, please send an email to esther@blossomsieraden.nl as soon as possible.
How do I pay?
Pay in a safe environment with iDeal
In the Blossom Sieraden webshop you can pay safely with the iDeal payment method.
Advance transfer – bank transfer
You must transfer the amount due for your order in advance, stating the order number. As soon as your payment has been received, the order will be shipped. Please transfer the total amount within 2 days. Orders not paid within 2 days will be cancelled.

Dispatch
Shipping time
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of your payment. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped by PostNL. Blossom Sieraden is not liable for damage during transport by the external carrier.
Delivery is via PostNL's postman or parcel delivery. Blossom Sieraden is not responsible for orders that are lost in the mail.

- €2.95 for orders up to €50. Your order will be delivered via standard letterbox post.
- Free shipping on orders over €50. Your order will be shipped via standard letterbox post.
- For an extra €2.00 we will ship your order with a Track & Trace code within the Netherlands.
Shipping Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg & France
- Shipping to Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and France is €8.95 as standard. You can track your order with a Track & Trace code.
Shipping to other countries
- €15 standard with Track & Trace code.
Returns
Is the item not quite what you had in mind? It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order after all. You can contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to return it. If the item is damaged or broken upon receipt, please let us know as soon as possible after receipt by sending an email to esther@blossomsieraden.nl.
Return/exchange
If you want to exchange or return a product, you must always contact Blossom Sieraden first. In any case, please include your full name and invoice number. It is possible to register the return up to 7 days after receipt of the order. Register your return via esther@blossomsieraden.nl with your name, order number, product description and reason for return. You can then send the return to the following address:

Send the returns to Blossom Sieraden
The return item must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery in the original packaging, unworn and without damage (if damaged, this must first be reported when requesting). Make sure you have a well-protected envelope or packaging. The shipping costs for returning the products to be exchanged or returned are at your own expense. The risk of returning the order lies with the customer. It is important that you always keep the proof of shipment in a safe place until the entire return has been processed. You can only claim the cooling-off period if you can return the product unused, undamaged (if not stated) and in the original packaging. You can of course take the item out of the packaging to view it. After we have received the item back in good condition, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible.
NB! Due to hygiene, it is not possible to return earrings. Returned items are at the customer's own risk.
